School Resource Officer

Families of EHIMS Students,

I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and explain why I am here in your school. My name is Ron Bridge and I am a Detective Corporal employed by the Summit County Sheriff. I have worked for the Sheriff’s Office for ten years and have been involved in many aspects of law enforcement. Just one year ago, I accepted the position of School Resource Officer and was assigned to the Park City schools that lie in the unincorporated area of the county.

I am the father of three, two boys and one girl, and have lived in this community since 1986.

There are many reasons I am here in the school. Children need a safe place to be taught and mature without becoming the victims of a crime. Many children come to school in fear of being bullied, assaulted or have their property stolen from them. I am a resource for the kids and I am available to assist resolve any problems which you would like to bring to me.

I have attached my cell number and email address at and I am available day and night. I am also in the front office most days.
