Second semester Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held Wednesday, April 1 and Thursday, April 2. If you have questions, please call the main office at 435-645-5610.

CCR: Recently, 7th grade parents received a postcard from the EHMS Counseling Dept. Please take time to review this information to schedule your CCR meeting soon. Contact the Counseling Dept. with questions and/or to schedule your appt., 645-5611.
If you haven't scheduled your 7th Grade CCR Meeting yet, please call your Counseling Office asap at 435-645-5611. We will be holding Group CCR's during Spring Teacher Conferences on April 1 & April 2 at 6:00 PM & 7:00 PM in the auditorium.
If you need a Spanish Interpreter, that meeting will be the same days at 5:00 PM. Please remind your child to bring their computer with them.
Our new Online Conference Scheduler will be available on March 23rd. The password is ehms2015 and you will need your student's school lunch number and birthdate. The scheduler will tell you which teachers are available for appointments. The scheduler will close on March 30 at 4:00 PM.

Upcoming Dates for 2015-2016 7th Graders
March 9 - All 6th gr. students receive regis. forms (during Adv.). Please carefully review form with your student; form must be signed by both parent and student. Information Sheet Information Sheet - Spanish
March 13 & 20 - students will register, by computer, for 2015-2016 classes during their PE class. (White day classes 3/13 & Blue day classes 3/20.)
**Don’t forget all 7th graders need the following immunizations:
Tdap booster, Meningococcal & 2nd Varicella.
Once all are received, bring proof of immunizations to office.**
Upcoming Dates for 2015-2016 8th Graders^
March 4 - Parent Orientation, 6:00pm in the TMJH Library. Students are welcome to attend. Contact TMJH with questions/concerns.
March 10 & 11 - students will register, by computer, for TMJH classes during CTE. Registration form must be complete and signed by parent.
The EHMS counseling department is conducting a needs assessment to determine what you feel are the most pressing needs of our students to be addressed by the counselors as well as feedback on our college and career readiness process.This pertains to Ecker Hill only as many of you have already taken the needs assessment for PCHS. Please take a few minutes (it should take no longer than 5 minutes) and complete this survey. We greatly appreciate your input!!

Student registration needs to be completed online. Please click the appropriate link below and complete the process. When you have done so, the information takes 24 hours to be uploaded to us. Once you have completed the online process, you will need to provide the required documents to the main office. Please note that Proof or Residency and PCSD Student Residency Forms are required every year.
The first day of school, Thursday, August 21, will be a White Day.
Back-to-School Nights will be Wednesday, August 27, for Grade 6 and Thursday, August 28, for Grade 7.

Student registration needs to be completed online. Please click the following link and complete the process. When you have done so, the information takes 24 hours to be uploaded to us. Once you have completed the online process, you will need to provide the required documents to the main office.
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION ONLY!!! (Links for those families new to PCSD)
Contact the counselor or counseling department for a tour and basic school information. Contact main office or counseling office for registration information.
Registration process includes providing secretary/registrar with the following REQUIRED documents:
- current immunizations
- vision screening for kindergarten students
- proof of residency is required every year - Proof of Residency
- guardianship papers
- name/address/phone/fax or school last attended
- copy of student's birth certificate
Registration is not complete until the above information is provided to the school
Once all information is received and you are living in the district, your student will be entered into our database/scheduling system
Transferring from Charters: Weilenmann School of Discovery or The Winter Sports School
Per district policy, if you currently live within the district boundary, and your student is currently attending Weilenmann School of Discovery or The Winter Sports School, and you would like them to enroll in Park City School District for the 2014-2015 school year, you must notify the district in writing no later than June 30, 2014 of your intention to enroll your student. After June 30, 2014, you must complete an Open Enrollment form at the district office, and approval will be based on space availability.
